France Galop To Absorb FRBC

The French Racing and Breeding Committee, a non-profit organization that works to promote the French Thoroughbred industry abroad and assist foreigners with doing business in France, will be absorbed into France Galop in a measure to improve efficiency and save costs but will continue to exist as a brand, according to Jour de Galop. Started in 2000, the FRBC has provided advice and insight into France's breeding, racing and sales. Its buyers' incentive scheme has reimbursed costs for foreigners traveling to purchase horses at Arqana and Osarus.
