Scrubbed along with three furlongs remaining, the 8-11 favourite arrived on the scene approaching the final eighth and kept on strongly under mainly whipless urging in the closing stages to assert by 1 3/4 lengths from Shalailah (Ire) (Showcasing {GB}). “She's a lovely filly with a good pedigree and will obviously stay further,” said trainer Aidan O'Brien. “She was trapped out a little bit by herself and was a little bit green in the middle part of the race. It was a help that she had the run, but finished out her race very well which you like to see. She is still babyish, but you would have to love the way she finished off. She will slot into a Listed or Group race next time.” The fifth straight product of a mating to Galileo (Ire), the bay is out of G2 Cherry Hinton S. victress You'resothrilling (Storm Cat), herself a full-sister to MG1SW European Horse of the Year and sire Giant's Causeway, and is a full-sister to G1 Irish 1000 Guineas heroine Marvellous (Ire), G1 2000 Guineas and G1 Irish 2000 Guineas-winning sire Gleneagles (Ire), GSW GI Belmont Oaks Invitational third Coolmore (Ire), and G3 Killavullan S. third and G1 Prix du Jockey Club fourth Taj Mahal (Ire).
