The British Horseracing Authority and Careers in Racing have announced a golden ticket initiative as part of Racing Staff Week July 1 to 8. Thirteen tickets will be hidden across racecourses and training centres over the course of the week, with 12 redeemable for £100 vouchers from a choice of high street retailers. The other ticket is an invitation to the 2018 Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards Ceremony.
Nick Rust, Chief Executive of the BHA, said, “All of the racing industry is coming together for Racing Staff Week and I hope the golden tickets will be a fun and interactive way for BHA to show its appreciation for all the work that racing staff put in behind the scenes.”
Tickets will be hidden at the following locations on the following days: Lingfield on July 1, Pontefract and Epsom Training Centre on July 3, Stratford and Lambourn Training Centre on July 4, Perth and Middleham Training Centre on July 5, Great Yarmouth and Malton Training Centre on July 6, Doncaster, Sandown and Newmarket on July 7 and Sandown on July 8.
