Dual GI Breeders' Cup Mile heroine Goldikova (Ire) (Anabaa) will remain in training as a five-year-old and will target an unprecedented third Breeders' Cup success, according to Jour de Galop. “It is brilliant news Goldikova stays in training next year and I'm delighted,” trainer Freddy Head told PA Sport. “She came back from America in very good form, she is very well in herself and could not be better. I know the Wertheimers would love to go back to America for the Breeders' Cup again, so that will be the aim–a third win. We haven't made a decision yet as to what the rest of her program will be. I think this year's performance was every bit as good [as last year's]. The time was faster than the previous year and she had the draw to overcome, so I think it was a very good performance.”
