Hip 112, a colt by Grand Slam bred on the same cross as MGSW Limehouse, brought a final bid of $400,000 to top the first half of the opening session of the OBS March sale Tuesday. Consigned by Off The Hook LLC, Agent I, the grey was purchased by bloodstock agent John Moynihan. The Apr. 18 foal is out of a half-sister to millionaire and MGSW Cosmonaut (Lemon Drop Kid). He was purchased for $80,000 by Off The Hook at Keeneland September, and dashed off a quarter in :20 3/5 at the preview.
