Highclere Thoroughbred Racing celebrated their 500th flat racing syndicate winner when Redgrave (Ire) (Lope de Vega {Ire}) saluted from the Charlie Hills barn at Newmarket Friday. A video commemorating a Highclere quintet was also released.
“The whole team at Highclere are thrilled,” commented Harry Herbert, Chairman of HTR, of the syndicate that has raced six champions to date. “It is a fantastic achievement to reach 500 winners. I would like to thank all our share owners, as it would not have been possible without them, and the trainers who have cared for and produced each of these winners.”
