Monday's Martin Luther King Day program, realized all-sources handle of a record $3,700,042, a 13.6% increase over the corresponding day from 2017, according to figures from the Oaklawn Park. The turnover, boosted by strong off-track business, broke the previous record of $3,434,918 set in 2015. Off-track handle Monday was a record $3,167,763, breaking the previous mark of $2,698,382 set last year, when all-sources handle totaled $3,257,973.
