Idaho Faces Eight

TDN Rising Star Idaho (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) will head to post a strong favourite for Saturday's G1 Ladbrokes St Leger at Doncaster, where he will be tackled by just eight opponents in the oldest Classic.

One of three from Ballydoyle alongside Housesofparliament (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) and Sword Fighter (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), the G1 Irish Derby runner-up and G1 Epsom third returned from a short break to capture the G2 Great Voltigeur S. at York Aug. 17 and will be partnered by Seamie Heffernan with Ryan Moore at Leopardstown for the Irish Champions day fixture.

Chief opposition to Aidan O'Brien's trio should come in the form of Sheikh Hamdan Rashid Al Maktoum's Muntahaa (Ire) (Dansili {GB}), who comes here on the back of a win in the Listed Chester S. Aug. 20.
