The chestnut's second dam, Topliner (Thunder Gulch), is a half-sister to MGISWs Stellar Jayne (Wild Rush) and Starrer (Dynaformer). UNTRAPPED (Trappe Shot) was a good second in his debut Oct. 19 at Keeneland, breaking slowly and coming with a strong late stretch run to be second to 'TDN Rising Star' Uncontested (Tiz Wonderful). The $125,000 OBS April buy will look to take the next step off of that promising effort here.
