Zayat Stables gave that amount for WinStar-bred MOJOVATION, whose dam Starship Warpspeed (Congrats) graduated by over 25 lengths (albeit for a tag) and whose full-brother Mkubwa debuted a winner at Oaklawn Park last April. Randall Lowe's Ranlo Investments is best known for having campaigned the sensational turf sprinter and 'TDN Rising Star' Lady Shipman (Midshipman) and half-brother BETA MAX (Treasure Beach {GB}) has drawn the fence for this first spin. Not only did Lady Shipman score by better than 11 when trying the turf for the first time, her full-brother Just Talkin also scored narrowly on debut. El Dulce (Twirling Candy&log=">Twirling Candy), bred on the wildy successful Candy Ride (Arg)–Storm Cat cross, fetched $200K from Eclipse Thoroughbred partners after breezing an eighth of a mile in :10 flat at this year's OBSMAR sale. The first foal from Argentinian SW & GSP Figureta (Arg) (The Leopard), he was also an $85K KEESEP yearling. Chirping (Violence&log=">Violence) is out of a half-sister to 2011 GI Haskell Invitational S. hero Coil (Point Given), whose half-brother Chiropractor (Kitten's Joy) was successful in the 2015 GI Hollywood Derby. One of the top stories from this year's OBS April Sale was TATTERS TO RICHES (Union Rags&log=">Union Rags), a $60K purchase out of last year's Keeneland September sale who realized a pinhooking home run for consignor Paul Sharp and Liz Crow when selling to Red Baron's Barn and Rancho Temescal for an even $1 million. The May foal advertised himself with a furlong over the SafeTrack in :10 1/5 and has continued to train well over conventional dirt, with a bullet half-mile from the gate at Santa Anita in :46 4/5 (1/84) July 9 and five-furlong move over this surface was clocked in :59 2/5 (2/76). Tatters to Riches is a half to Argentinan GSW & G1SP Carinosa (Arg) (Tiznow). His second dam, Adel (Strawberry Road {Aus}), was a stakes winner and second in the 1998 GI Del Mar Oaks and is responsible for Sovereign Award winner Interpol (English Channel). TJCIS PPs

Distorted Maker (Distorted Humor) is a homebred daughter of GISW Film Maker (Dynaformer) and a full to GSP Film Shot, while Fashion Week (Speightstown)'s dam Theyskens' Theory (Bernardini) was a GSW & G1SP overseas and just missed in the GI Garden City S. in 2011.
