Winchell Thoroughbreds LLC and Willis Horton Racing LLC's WYATT'S TOWN (Speightstown) has drawn pole position for his career unveiling. The bay colt, a $240K KEESEP acquisition, is the first foal from Natural Rush (Indian Charlie), herself a $775K KEESEP purchase whose dam Lu Ravi (A.P. Indy) was a five-time graded winner and three times Grade I-placed. Lu Ravi was in turn a half-sister to Half Queen (Deputy Minister), dam of 2003 Eclipse Award-winning juvenile filly Halfbridled (Unbridled). Brian Hernandez, Jr. has the call for trainer Steve Asmussen. Baffin (Justin Phillip), a $60K KEENOV weanling and $95K OBSAUG yearling, fetched $170K after breezing an eighth of a mile in :10 flat for ths year's OBSAPR sale. Baffin, a son of SW Beautiful Stranger (Foxhound), is a half-brother to two-time black-type winner Reata's Quik Punch (Two Punch). Alan Carasso
