SPUNWITHPRIDE (Hard Spun) is the third foal to race from Peppers Pride (Desert God), the New Mexico legend who won each of her 19 career trips to the post and ended her career with earnings just north of $1 million for owner Joe Allen. Trained like Peppers Pride by Joel Marr, the dark bay colt is a half-brother to Punctuate (Distorted Humor), a $300K KEESEP graduate who became a 'TDN Rising Star' with an improbable debut victory beneath Rosie Napravnik at Santa Anita in 2014.
