Horse Racing Ireland, the Association of Irish Racecourses and Satellite Information Services have extended their current contract by five years to the end of 2023 to distribute live pictures and data of Irish racing to licensed betting offices across the UK and Ireland.
The deal includes the introduction of SIS's new in-running data capture technology for all Irish racecourses. SIS will be able to deliver real-time betting updates throughout races and provide instant analysis. SIS has also secured the sole and exclusive rights from 2017 to stream Irish racing to online operators worldwide.

It ensures that retail bookmakers across the UK and Ireland, and now internationally, will have access to Irish horse racing as part of a comprehensive package of content to support their over-the-counter sports betting businesses for many years to come. We are delighted to now also be able to stream Irish horse racing internationally, which demonstrates our innovative approach to moving racing forward to the benefit of all of its stakeholders.”
