Jockey Club Tour on Fox Begins Feb. 7

The Jockey Club Tour on FOX Sports 1 will kick off its 2015 season with the GI Donn H. from Gulfstream Park and the GII San Antonio S. from Santa Anita Park Saturday, Feb. 7, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. EST, it was announced yesterday. 

The San Antonio is expected to include 2014 GI Kentucky Derby and GI Preakness S. winner California Chrome (Lucky Pulpit), GI Breeders’ Cup Classic hero Bayern (Offlee Wild), and champion Shared Belief (Candy Ride {Arg}). All three competed in a controversial renewal of the Classic and are all 2014 Eclipse Award finalists for leading 3-year-old male as well. The Donn is expected to attract 2014 Donn winner Lea (First Samurai) and GI Florida Derby winnerConstitution (Tapit). 

The Feb. 7 telecast will also feature the GI Gulfstream Park Turf H. and GII San Marcos S. from Santa Anita Park. The Stronach Group, which owns and operates both tracks, will offer a Pick 4 wager covering all four races on the telecast. 

The complete 2015 schedule of races, dates and air times for The Jockey Club Tour on FOX Sports 1 will be announced at a later date. Greg Wolf, Richard Migliore, Andy Serling, Simon Bray and Alyssa Ali will once again handle the on-air duties for the series.
