Justin Casse Secures Esentepe for 525,000gns

Justin Casse signed for the G3 Nell Gwyn S. winner Esentepe (Ire) (Oratorio {Ire}), carrying her first foal by Frankel (GB), for 525,000gns to lead the opening session of the Tattersalls December Mare Sale late in the afternoon. The 5-year-old, who was purchased for an undisclosed client, was consigned by John Troy as agent.

“She is the prettiest mare here today,” Casse said. “She is a beautiful. She will probably foal down in the UK, and then we will work out what we are doing. She has been bought on behalf of a client.”She had ability and is in-foal to Frankel, which was very appealing.”
