Keatley Setting Sights On Tipperary

Jet Setting | Racing Post

Classic winner Jet Setting (Ire) (Fast Company {Ire}) is reported to be in good shape ahead of her next intended appearance in the G3 Coolmore Fairy Bridge S. at Tipperary Aug 25. Trainer Adrian Keatley gave the filly a short break after a slightly below par run when favourite for the G1 Coronation S. at Royal Ascot  and she delighted the trainer in a gallop on Saturday. “She's 100 per cent. She did a nice bit of work this morning and everything is on course for Thursday week,” said Keatley. “The weather has been a bit in and out here but there's still plenty of juice in the ground and that's what we'd be hoping for,” he added. Jet Setting, the only horse to have beaten Minding (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) this year when winning the G1 Tattersalls Irish 1000 Guineas, now runs in the colours of China Horse Club. Michael Wallace signed for the filly for £1.3m at the Goffs London Sale in June and Keatley will be hoping Jet Setting can use the Tipperary race as a stepping stone back into Group 1 company with the G1 Coolmore Fastnet Rock Matron S. at Leopardstown on Irish Champions Weekend firmly on the agenda.
