A colt by red-hot sire Kodiac (GB) has been added to the three-day Tattersalls October Yearling Sale Book 2 as lot 1085A, the sales company announced Thursday. Consigned by Highclere Stud, the bay is out of the winning Burstingdalak (Ire) (Dalakhani {Ire}) and is from the same family as champion U.S. sprinter Lit de Justice (El Gran Senor), as well as G1 Racing Post Trophy hero Commander Collins (Ire) (Sadler's Wells). Kodiac, who set a new record in the UK for juvenile winners with 44 on Sept. 20 and stands for €50,000 at Tally-Ho Stud in Ireland, is represented by 55 yearlings in Book 2, slated for Oct. 9-11.
