An Unbridled's Song half-sister to MGSW Multiple Choice (Mt. Livermore) from a rich and productive Peter Blum family was sold to Benjamin Leon's Besilu Stables for $1.3 million to lead the way Thursday at the Keeneland September sale in Lexington. The grey filly, consigned on behalf of Blum by his longtime friend Gerry Dilger through his Dromoland agency, is a half-sister to MGSW & GISP Multiple Choice (Mt. Livermore) and the stakes-placed Proposal (Mt. Livermore), herself the dam of three full black-type winners. Further down the page is GISW Well Chosen (Deputy Minister), dam of dual GI Sword Dancer H. winner Telling (A.P. Indy). It was the 10th Keeneland purchase for Besilu–8 of which are fillies–as Leon continues to collect select pedigrees for a racing stable and later a high-quality broodmare band. With this purchase, Leon has now spent nearly $7.3 million.
