Graded stakes winner Majestic Heat (Unusual Heat–Chi Chi Nette, by Ole') has been retired from racing and is expected to be bred to Uncle Mo this year. Owned by co-breeder Madeline Auerbach, Ron McCauley and Bardy Farm, the 6-year-old mare won last year's GII Bayakoa S. over the main track at Los Alamitos for trainer Richard Mandella. She captured back-to-back renewals of the Solana Beach S. over the Del Mar turf in 2016 and 2017 and was third in this year's GII Santa Maria S. over the main track. On the board in 10 of 20 starts, Majestic Heat won seven times and earned $578,329.

Bred by Auerbach and Barry Abrams, Majestic Heat is a full-sister to multiple stakes winner and Grade I placed Mensa Heat and stakes placed Real Heat.
