There might not be a hotter freshman sire right now than Majestic Warrior, and Coolmore's A.P. Indy stallion came away with another sales star Tuesday at OBS April. Narvick International's Emmanuel de Seroux outlasted Peachtree's John Fort to secure hip 441, a colt from the consignment of Harris Training, for $400,000. That matched the price the session-topping Medaglia d'Oro filly realized Monday and was easily the top price midway through the sale's second session. The colt had been purchased for $47,000 as a KEENOV weanling in 2010 by Farfellow Farms. Farfellow's Kip and Suzanne Knelman bought him back for $34,000 last year at FTKJUL and sent him to Harris, and their faith was rewarded. De Seroux said the colt had been purchased for unnamed Japanese interests.
