Hip 438, the final offering on day two of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale, became the fourth on the day to achieve a final bid of $1-million or more and the eighth over the course of the first two days, selling to Hugo Merry Bloodstock. The bay, consigned by Mill Ridge Sales as agent for their long-time client, Audrey Otto's Jamm Ltd., is a daughter of SW Shop Again (Wild Again), whose 3-year-old of this year Power Broker (Pulpit) was runner-up to Verrazano (More Than Ready) in the GI Haskell Invitational S. July 28. He was also victorious in the GI FrontRunner S. in 2012. Shop Again is also well-related, as she is a half-sister to GISW Miss Shop (Deputy Minister) and GSW & MGISP Trappe Shot (Tapit).
