Late in Wednesday’s session, a Malibu Moon colt named Peregrine Falcon garnered a winning bid of $485,000 from agent Gary Young, acting on behalf of Deron Pearson. The Eisaman Equine-consigned colt, from the extended family of last year’s GI Travers S. winner Golden Ticket, breezed an eighth in :10 1/5. He was purchased by John Fort for $230,000 at the Keeneland September sale.
