Wind Chimes debuted with a decisive score going 6 1/2 panels on the synthetic surface here last time Oct. 30, and doubled up impressively in this black-type bow. Positioned towards the rear after receiving a bump departing the outside gate, she made smooth headway into contention approaching the quarter-mile marker and kept on strongly under mild coaxing once shaken up to seize control with 300 metres remaining to register a career high in decisive fashion.
Wind Chimes is the first stakes winner produced by Listed Prix Six Perfections third Militante (Ire) (Johannesburg) and she is a half-sister to Listed Prix Petite Etoile third Golden Fastnet (Fr) (Fastnet Rock {Aus}) and the yearling filly Montauban (Ire) (Intello {Ger}).
