A colt by Medaglia d'Oro topped Wednesday's first session of the Tattersalls Craven Breeze-Up Sale in Newmarket with a final bid of 260,000gns from Richard O'Gorman Bloodstock. The bay is out of graded stakes winner C'Est L' Amour (Thunder Gulch). He was consigned by Yeomanstown Stud, which purchased the youngster for $125,000 at last year's Keeneland September sale.
