What will Mo Tom do if he ever has a clean trip? We still don't know the answer, as he experienced nightmarish journeys around the Fair Grounds oval in the GII Veterans Ford Risen Star S. and the GII Twinspires.com Louisiana Derby. Somewhat lucky to even make it to the Derby, he's number 20 on the points list and didn't get into the field until the announcement came out that Cupid (Tapit) was passing the race. He's certainly due for some good luck, as he's well-bred and has a smart trainer behind him in Tom Amoss. You never know.
