Princess Haya of Jordan's New Approach (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) was taken out of the G1 Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby yesterday morning after the foot bruise failed to heal in time. Trainer Jim Bolger announced the news on the G1 Epsom Derby hero, who had suffered the setback on Friday. “New Approach does not run. Obviously it is disappointing, but these things happen in racing. We have no idea where he will go next. It will have to be discussed with the owners.”
