Champion Azeri (Jade Hunter), making her first-ever appearance in the sales ring, looked right at home as the bidding galloped up to $4,400,000, but the mare was led out unsold. Consigned by Hill 'n' Dale Sales Agency, agent for Michael Paulson, the 11-year-old is in foal to Ghostzapper. Her yearling colt by A.P. Indy made history at Keeneland September last year when RNA'ing for a record $7.7 million.
