The Turf Club dismissed Aidan O'Brien and Wayne Lordan's appeal over a fine and suspension incurred over the running and riding of Music Box (Ire) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}) at Dundalk recently. O'Brien was fined €2,000 and Lordan hit with a five day ban after race-day stewards felt they were in breach of Rule 212 after the filly finished a close third on her debut. Music Box subsequently ran at Leopardstown on Saturday where she finished third to Irishcorrespondent (Ire) (Teofilo {Ire}) and will now have to sit out a 42-day ban.
