Andre Fabre introduces her against the Wertheimers' Palomba (Ire) (Lope De Vega {Ire}), a Carlos Laffon-Parias-trained relative of the G1 Melbourne Cup hero Americain (Dynaformer).

PROTEGE (IRE) (Galileo {Ire}) is a notable newcomer for the Tabor-Smith-Magnier combination and Andre Fabre as a son of the high-class sprinter Airwave (GB) (Air Express {Ire}). Getting going late for this family, the bay is closely related to Churchill (Ire) and Clemmie (Ire) who made their marks when winning Group 1s as juveniles.
