Ollie's Candy (Candy Ride {Arg}) scored her first top-level success last time in Del Mar's GI Clement L. Hirsch S. July 28 and she looks to make it two in a row Sunday in Santa Anita's GII Zenyatta S. Winner of the GII Summertime Oaks last term, the dark bay was runner-up in the GI Del Mar Oaks on grass last summer in her final start for William Morey. Seventh in the GI Gamely S. on turf in her first start for John Sadler, she improved to second in the GIII Wilshire S. on the local lawn June 22 prior to her breakthrough success back on dirt in the Clement Hirsch.

Paradise Woods (Union Rags) was a dominant winner of this race in 2017. Third behind Secret Spice (Discreet Cat) in the GI Beholder Mile in March, she romped by 10 1/2 lengths in this venue's GII Santa Margarita S. Apr. 27. Runner-up to the re-opposing La Force (Ger) (Power {GB}) in the GII Santa Maria S. June 1, the flashy bay was fourth in the Clement Hirsch last time. Secret Spice was a close second in Churchill's GI La Troienne S. May 3 and came up a head short behind Ollie's Candy in the Clement Hirsch.
