Bloodstock agent Dennis O'Neill, acting on behalf of new owner Amr Zedan, came out on top of a feverish round of bidding to sign the $950,000 ticket on Hip 323, a Union Rags colt out of SW Alexandra Rylee (Afleet Alex). The bay, consigned here by Bobby Dodd, Agent I, breezed in :10 flat. Bred in Maryland by The Elkstone Group, the juvenile was purchased by Grand Oaks for $135,000 at Keeneland September.
