PHENOMENAL FILLY (IRE) (f, 2, Sioux Nation–Delhi {GB} {SP-Fr}, by High Chaparral {Ire}), fifth behind Ballydoyle's Composing in an often-informative Curragh maiden towards the end of last month, was sent straight to the front in this maiden won last year by the Group 1-placed Exactly and in 2021 by the eventual Irish 1,000 Guineas heroine Homeless Songs.

Kept company throughout by Thenandnow (Dubawi), the 5-2 second-favourite kept finding in the straight to beat that daughter of the G1 Prix Marcel Boussac winner Albigna by 1 1/4 lengths, with the same margin back to Ballydoyle's newcomer Amelia Earhart (Camelot), the daughter of Venus De Milo.

“She came forward from her debut and she's a nice filly,” winning trainer Paddy Twomey said. “She was green there 12 days ago and she's come forward plenty. She's in the Lowther, she qualifies for the Goffs Million and that might look like a good fit for her at the moment.”

The winner is currently the last known foal out of the Listed-placed dam, a daughter of the G3 Fred Darling Stakes runner-up Dream Day (Oasis Dream) who is also the second dam of the G3 Prix Six Perfections scorer Sydneyarms Chelsea by Phenomenal Filly's sire Sioux Nation.
