G1 Poule d'Essai des Pouliches winner Precieuse (Ire) (Tamayuz {GB}), as expected, was on Saturday supplemented for next Friday's G1 Coronation S. at Royal Ascot. The Fabrice Chappet-trained filly was recently purchased privately by Peter Brant's White Birch Farm. Pouliches runner-up Sea Of Grace (Ire) (Born To Sea {Ire}) is also among the 12 Coronation confirmations, which are headed by dual Guineas winner Winter (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}). Winter could be joined by Aidan O'Brien stablemates Roly Poly (War Front), Hydrangea (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) and Rain Goddess (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}). O'Brien's son, Joseph, has left G1 Moyglare Stud S. winner Intricately (Ire) (Fastnet Rock {Aus}) engaged, and Mark Casse will saddle American raider La Coronel (Colonel John). John Gosden has left the Abdullah Saeed al Naboodah pair of Daban (Ire) (Acclamation {GB}) and Dabyah (Ire) (Sepoy {Aus}) engaged, and Roger Varian has last-out stakes winner Tomyris (GB) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}) entered.

Aidan O'Brien's unbeaten sprinter Caravaggio (Scat Daddy) heads the 19 confirmations for Friday's other Group 1, the Commonwealth Cup for 3-year-olds. Last year's G2 Coventry S. and G1 Keeneland Phoenix S. winner could be joined by up to four stablemates, including Intelligence Cross (War Front) and Peace Envoy (Fr) (Power {GB}), while Godolphin will be well represented with recent purchase Harry Angel (Ire) (Dark Angel {Ire}), as well as 'TDN Rising Star' Blue Point (Ire) (Shamardal) engaged. Wesley Ward will field Bound For Nowhere (The Factor).
