STREET PLAY (Into Mischief), a $700,000 Keeneland September purchase, makes her first trip to the races for Mandy Pope's Whisper Hill Farm and trainer Kent Sweezey. A May 1 foal, the bay looks to become the second winner out of a daughter of Contrive (Storm Cat), whose daughter Folklore (Tiznow) was champion 2-year-old filly of 2005 when taking out the GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies for Wayne Lukas and Bob and Beverly Lewis. Folklore's GSP half-sister Delightful Quality (Elusive Quality) is responsible for MGISW sire and 'TDN Rising Star' presented by Hagyard Essential Quality (Tapit) and SW Famed (Uncle Mo), while Folklore's daughter Rhodochrosite (Unbridled's Song) produced Japanese Triple Crown hero Contrail (Jpn) (Deep Impact {Jpn}).
