Raven's Pass (Elusive Quality–Ascutney, by Lord at War {Arg}) will be rested for at least six weeks after undergoing colic surgery on Wednesday night. Darley's GI Breeders' Cup Classic hero, who resides at Kildangan Stud, had recently suffered from a back problem and the establishment's Director Jimmy Hyland said, “Unfortunately, Raven's Pass underwent colic surgery yesterday. The operation went well and we are relieved he is showing positive signs of recovery.”
