Robert Courtney Sr., the owner of Crestfield Farm near Lexington, announced yesterday that one of his primary clients, Jaime Carrion, will be dispersing the remainder of his Thoroughbred holdings at the upcoming Keeneland January sale, and that both men will retire from the business. ìIíve got a lot of years behind me,î the 86-year-old Courtney said. ìWeíve both got a little age on us, and the game has changed. My health is pretty good, but we both have little problems, and we thought it was time for retirement.î
