Au-Dela Des Pistes, France's retraining of racehorses charity, will host the first retrained racehorse day of 2017 at Le Lion D'Angers on May 25. The day will include demonstrations by ex-racehorses between races including horse-ball, dressage and show jumping. A parade of champions of local equine stars will also be held.
Similar events are set for Chantilly (July 9), Deauville (Aug. 26), Craon (Sept. 3) and Auteuil (Nov. 5) through the year.
