Return Trip Possible For Prince

Caspian Prince | Racing Post

A week removed from his upset of Marsha (Ire) (Acclamation {GB}) in The Curragh's G2 Sapphire S., trainer Tony Coyle said Caspian Prince (Ire) (Dylan Thomas {Ire}) could return to that racecourse for the G2 Flying Five S. on Sept. 10. Stephen Louch's colourbearer was winning for the second time in five starts since being switched to Coyle from Roger Fell in May when besting last year's G1 Prix de l'Abbaye winner.

“He's a hell of a good horse. He's a legend,” said Coyle. “He's grand. There's not a bother on him. We've not done a lot with him this week.”

“There are plenty of options for Caspian,” he added. “There's the Flying Five in The Curragh and the Abbaye trial in France. Basically, we'll just play it by ear.”
