Favored at 1-5 to stretch her record to a perfect three for three in her young career, Stallionaire Enterprises' 'TDN Rising Star' Stallion Heiress drew clear through the final eighth of a mile for a second black-type success in the Allen Lacombe Memorial S. Saturday afternoon at the Fair Grounds. The Ontario-bred miss, a $100,000 Keeneland September yearling acquisition, debuted with a four-length tally in a 5 1/2-furlong turf maiden Dec. 8 and toyed with her rivals by 7 3/4 lengths in the Joseph E 'Spanky' Broussard Memorial S. Feb. 11. Soon in front, but very eager beneath Mitchell Murrill, Stallion Heiress galloped them along at a decent clip, was shaken up to quicken approaching the eighth pole and had 3 1/2 lengths over Pure Michigan on the wire. Stallion Heiress, whose third dam was MGSW & GISP Trishyde (Nureyev), is kin to a yearling colt by Broken Vow and was returned to that Pin Oak stallion last term.
