Roan Inish (Elusive Quality) went to the top of the list of sellers Tuesday at Keeneland January when James Keogh, bidding on behalf of Evelyn Benoit, secured the 9-year-old for $500,000. The dark bay mare is one of several Benoit has purchased during the first two sessions of the January sale to send to her multiple stakes winning Star Guitar. (Quiet American). Consigned by Mill Ridge Sales, the stakes-winning Roan Inish is a daughter of Canadian champion Inish Glora (Regal Classic). She sold in foal to Arch.
