A filly from the first crop of MGISW Rock Hard Ten (Kris S.) out of Unsurpassed (Unbridled) was hammered down for $725,000 to the bid of Californians Jerry and Ann Moss to lead the way as of 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Keeneland. Consigned by Lane's End, agent for G. Watts Humphrey Jr., the dark bay, named Exceedingly, is a granddaughter of Squan Song (Exceller), winner of half of her 36 career starts and nearly $900,000.
