Race Track Chaplaincy of America has announced this year's board of directors, which is led by President Elliott Walden, who is also President and CEO of WinStar Farm.
The rest of board is comprised of: Rich Gimmel (Vice President), Chaplain Humberto Chavez (Secretary), Chaplain Darrell Winter (Treasurer), Arnie Frazee (Region Director's Representative), Karen Chavez (Women's Ministry Representative), Jody Parmenter (Council President's Representative), Chaplain Dwight Brown (Chaplain's Representative), Allyn Mann (Industry Representative), and Dan Waits (Executive Director).
“I'm grateful to have served with those board members whose terms have ended and welcome our newest board members,” Waits said. “It's a great balance of folks that are involved every day in the horse racing industry and care deeply about the ministry. I look forward to working together as we continue to improve RTCA's ability to serve.”
