Plenty of eyes will be on Chad Brown-trained Princesa Caroline (American Pharoah)when she makes her Saturday debut at Belmont Park. The Runnymede Farm, W. Catesby Clay and Three Chimneys Farm colorbearer is a half-sister to none other than former Brown pupil Lady Eli (Divine's Park), the resilient 2017 champion turf female who sold for $4.2 million in foal to War Front at last year's Keeneland November sale. Princesa Caroline is also a half to MGSW turfer Bizzy Caroline (Afleet Alex). Princesa Caroline recently worked with older graded stakes-wining male Projected (GB) (Showcasing {GB}) (XBTV Video). The well-stocked Brown barn will also be represented by Boxer Rebellion (Empire Maker), a $420,000 KEESEP acquisition who was third on debut at Saratoga Sept. 1. That Stephanie Seymour Brant-owned miss is a half to GSW Song of Spring (Spring At Last) out of a half-sister to Grade I winner and producer Dream Rush (Wild Rush). TJCIS PPs

It's tough to know where to even begin in this stacked-looking undercard event, but David Aragona's morning line is just as good as guide as any. Favored at 3-1 on the line is Juddmonte homebred Toledo (Into Mischief), a Chad Brown trainee out of a Bernardini half-sister to this year's SW/MGSP turf router Seismic Wave (Tapit) and to European G1SP Teletext (Empire Maker). Mandatory (American Pharoah), quoted at 4-1, is a half-sister to triple Grade I winner I'm a Chatterbox (Munnings) and sold for $400,000 at Fasig-Tipton Gulfstream off a somewhat green :10 4/5 breeze. Juulstone (American Pharoah), 5-1, is out of the good New York-bred turfer Hessonite (Freud) from a deep female family that has produced stakes horses around the globe. Hessonite was a $750,000 purchase by Tom Ryan's DATTT Stables at the 2013 Fasig-Tipton November sale. Juulstone was a $495,000 buyback at last year's Fasig Saratoga sale. Centennial Farms's Ethos (lGhostzapper), 6-1, was a $250,000 KEESEP yearling turned $550,000 Gulfstream graduate after a :10 1/5 move. His dam is a half-sister to MGSW turfers Ironicus (Distorted Humor) and On Leave (War Front) and to the long-winded dirt GSW Norumbega (Tiznow). Americanus (War Front&log=">War Front) and Flatter Me (Flatter) are both 8-1 on the line. The former is out of a $1.45-million yearling and hails from the extended female family of A.P. Indy. The latter was a $240,000 KEESEP yearling and $350,000 FTFMAR juvenile (:10 2/5) and shows an upbeat tab at Monmouth for trainer Tim Hills. Godolphin homebred Beachwalker (Street Sense&log=">Street Sense) is out of MGSP Kiawah Cat (Lemon Drop Kid). Second dam Thunder Kitten (Storm Cat) was a graded winner and produced four other grade/group performers. Beach Walker's third dam is four-time Grade I winner Nastique (Naskra). Modernist (Uncle Mo) is the only foal out of a Bernardini half-sister to champion 2-year-old filly Sweet Catomine (Storm Cat) and GI Breeders' Cup Ladies' Classic heroine Life is Sweet (Storm Cat). Trash Talker (Competitive Edge) figures to fly under the radar a bit but might end up showing more early speed than many of these. He is trained and owned by the same connections as head-turning debut romper and subsequent New York-bred stakes winner Fierce Lady (Competitive Edge). A $145,000 OBSMAR RNA (:10 2/5), he is a grandson of the recently deceased New Mexico win machine Peppers Pride (Desert God). TJCIS PPs

Kaleem Shah's Donna Veloce (Uncle Mo) makes her highly anticipated first start for conditioner Simon Callaghan. The $450,000 KEESEP yearling blossomed into an $800,000 Fasig-Tipton Gulfstream grad after breezing in a co-quickest :9 4/5 in Hallandale. She is a granddaughter of 1999 GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies heroine and subsequent $7.1-million seller Cash Run (Seeking the Gold). Her third dam is GISW Shared Interest (Pleasant Colony), who was responsible for flashy GISW and sire Forestry (Storm Cat). Click for XBTV video of Donna Veloce's Sept. 2 breeze at Del Mar (:48 4/5, 18/75). Le Tub (Bodemeister), Scarlet Lips (Malibu Moon) and Nora's Joy (Street Sense&log=">Street Sense) \fs21plain are all looking to go one better off of second-place finishes on debut. TJCIS PPs
