Hip 31 was consigned by SGV Thoroughbreds LLC (Steven Venosa), agent. He was bred in New York by Sanford Bacon, who also campaigned his second dam, GIII Honorable Miss S. heroine Dancin Renee (Distinctive Pro).
Hip 31 worked an eighth in a bullet :10 at the under-tack show.
