Coolmore's 6-year-old Starspangledbanner (Aus) (Choisir {Aus}) could return to training at Ballydoyle after suffering from fertility problems. The 4-times dual hemisphere Group 1 winner had been retired after his 2010 campaign in Europe in which he annexed the G1 Golden Jubilee S. at Royal Ascot and G1 July Cup at Newmarket. “A decision on his future will be made later this month, but it is possible that he may go back into training at Ballydoyle,” a tweet for Coolmore read today.
