Stonestreet Goes to $1.2m for Medaglia d'Oro Filly

A filly by Medaglia d'Oro set off some early fireworks at the Fasig-Tipton Gulfstream 2yo Sale, bringing $1.2 million from Stonestreet Stables. Advisor John Moynihan signed the ticket.
Consigned as Hip 9 by Niall Brennan Stables Agent VI, she worked an eighth in a bullet :10 at the under-tack show. She brought $200,000 from Hades Stable as a KEESEP yearling.
Hip 9's breeder Don Alberto Corporation purchased her stakes-placed dam Mi Vida (Distorted Humor) in foal to Quality Road for $350,000 at the 2013 FTKNOV sale. Her third dam is MGISW Dream Supreme (Seeking the Gold).
