Trainer Bob Baffert signed a $300,000 ticket for hip 453, a son of deceased freshman sire Stormello (Stormy Atlantic) Wednesday afternoon at the OBS June Sale. The dark bay, produced by Puff the Magic (Red Ransom), was a $25,000 yearling at this venue in August by Blue River Bloodstock, which also consigned him here. Hip 453 breezed a quarter in :20 4/5 at the under tack show.
