Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum's unbeaten Group 3 winner Alrahma (GB) (Shamardal) heads a list of 47 entries for the £180,000 G1 Connolly's Red Mills Cheveley Park S. at Newmarket on Sept. 24.
The Shadwell homebred has raced twice in France for Freddy Head, winning the G3 Prix de Cabourg on her most recent start on July 31 despite being not at her best after a bout of coughing, according to her trainer.
Alrahma could face stiff opposition from another unbeaten filly, the Wesley Ward-trained Royal Ascot winner Lady Aurelia (Scat Daddy), as well as Roly Poly (War Front), from Aidan O'Brien's Ballydoyle stable who was last seen claiming the G2 Duchess Of Cambridge S. at Newmarket's July Course.
Roly Poly's stablemate, Sunday's G1 Keeneland Phoenix S. winner Caravaggio (Scat Daddy) is among the 49 entries for the G1 Juddmonte Middle Park S. the following day.
Among his potential opponents are G2 Qatar Richmond S. winner Mehmas (Ire) (Acclamation {GB}) and Tis Marvellous (GB) (Harbour Watch {Ire}), the runaway winner of the G2 Prix Robert Papin at Maisons-Laffitte for Clive Cox.
