Bjorn Nilsson, CEO of Svensk Galopp, will step down from his post on Friday, July 31, the organisation announced on Thursday. Nilsson will have served in the post for approximately two years. Svensk Galopp has confirmed that this year's Swedish Yearling Sale, arranged in collaboration with the breeding association SFAF, will be staged at Bro Park Racecourse on Friday, September 25. The Women Jockey's World Cup has been cancelled for the second year running due to continuing COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.
