Hall Of Fame Trainer King Leatherbury Passes At 92

Hall of Fame trainer King Leatherbury, whose career spanned eight decades and included 52 training titles combined at Pimlico and Laurel, has passed away. He was 92 and died Tuesday at his home. Delaware Park to Offer Starter Bonus

Delaware Park will introduce a starter bonus beginning Oct. 1 and continuing through the remainder of the 2025 meet, which is scheduled to conclude Oct. 18. Delaware Park Teams Up To Donate $20k To PDJF

Delaware Park Casino, the Delaware Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association, the Delaware Jockeys' Health and Welfare Benefit Fund and the Delaware Park Jockeys Association teamed up to donate $20,000 to the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund (PDJF), the organizations announced in a joint statement Saturday.
